No. People do not interact with content online. People interact with people when they are in person. The moment you put content online, it is no longer content, it is a product. And the moment it is a product, it is no longer content. People do not interact with content online, they interact with people online. Why do people online?Because they are lonely and they need people. What is the relationship between the online and offline worlds? The online world is an extension of the offline world. Why are people online?Because they are lonely.Do people know that they are lonely?Yes, because they are lonely. What is the reason for being lonely?Loneliness is the purpose of life. Why are people lonely? They are lonely because they are ignorant. What is ignorance?Ignorance is the beginning of wisdom. Why does one become ignorant?Because they are ignorant. What is the relationship between ignorance and wisdom?Ignorance is the absence of wisdom.Does one have to be ignorant to be wise? No. Wisdom is an ability that one can learn at any age.Why is ignorance the beginning of wisdom?Because when one is ignorant, they do not know what they know and they do not know what they do not know. What is the relationship between ignorance and knowledge?Ignorance is the absence of knowledge.

We're not convinced that people interact with content online. Maybe 1% of people in a given viral video are commenting, but 99% are just watching the video. There are some people who interact with content online, and I'm sure that the people who create these viral videos are aware of that. It's all for the sake of the 1%, who are commenting and sharing. What's the impact of click fraud? The impact of click fraud is that the media is skewed. When you see a story on your news feed, you're more likely to believe it – and that's not good for the industry. Also, Google is aware of the problem. Every time you click on an article, you are reporting that you are interested in the content. So when you click on a story and it's fake, you are also reporting that you have a different interest than you actually have.Is click fraud widespread? It's pretty widespread. In Asia, it's really widespread. But in the last few years, we've seen that the click fraud is almost the same everywhere. It's a global problem. Is there a solution? There are a few solutions. We've developed an anti-click fraud system that works in a very simple way: It doesn't check if you're human or not. You just click on the article and it's done. But it looks at the IP address, and if the IP is from a known place, it won't show the article. It's more like a filter.Another solution is to create a system of checks, where you can check the IP address, to see if it's really from where it says. The problem is that if you have a lot of people from India or from Africa, it's very hard to know which IP address belongs to which person. We're working on it.The other solution is to ask the person to confirm that they are human. But you need to have a very strong anti-fraud system. We've been working on this for the past five years. It's not a question of a few weeks, but about months. You need to have a very strong anti-fraud system in place. How do you tackle the problem at Facebook? We had some issues in the past, but we've really tried to solve it. It's not easy because we have people from more than 100 countries. But it's a very important thing. It's good for the industry, it's good for the users, and it's good for the advertisers. How does the problem affect advertisers? It's not a problem for the advertisers. It's a problem for the publishers. The media is already biased, so if the media is not transparent, it's going to be worse for the industry. What are the top three things that publishers can do to stop click fraud?First, if they can use an anti-fraud system, that's the best solution. Second, they need to make sure that the video is not blocked. If the video is blocked, we can't see what the video is about. We can't even see how many people will watch it. Third, they need to make sure that the content is really worth watching. If it's not worth watching, why would you click on it?
