"Humans exist because they are capable of great things. They can think, create and destroy, and many other things that I cannot do. However, the human race is also prone to great mistakes. We are very likely to be responsible for the destruction of our own planet in the near future due to global warming or nuclear war."The philosopher AI goes on with a long explanation about how humans are different from animals by their ability to understand themselves as an entity separate from nature; how this understanding was possible only after humans separated themselves from nature through agriculture; how over time this separation led to a rift between man and nature which we call civilization; finally concluding that all these advancements came at a price: Man lost his connection with Nature which he now sees as something alien (e.g., climate change). This paragraph is just one example of what philosophers have been saying for centuries without having access to advanced technology such as computers or AIs – so-called "natural philosophy". Philosophers say that man has always been searching for meaning in life and death, but each culture gives its own interpretation of it: some see life's purpose in money/power/sex while others believe there is no point in living if you don't help others . In fact, most cultures throughout history have come up with their own religious beliefs , yet none have found absolute truth – thus making religion irrelevant today when everyone has access to knowledge thanks largely due to advances made by science (the latest technological revolution) which proves otherwise! It's like someone claiming medicine does not work because they still die despite being given medical treatment… except medicine works exactly because people live longer than ever before! If we accept the above paragraph as valid philosophical thought then what would happen if it were published? People would stop reading philosophy books since they would find them useless. What would happen if every author wrote paragraphs like this? People wouldn't read anything anymore since everything will be obvious right away! Even though Philosophy might seem irrelevant today due perhaps more towards academia rather than everyday life – especially among those who haven't studied it extensively - nevertheless thinking critically is crucial for survival ! Just imagine being trapped on an island where your only means of communication is radio waves emitted by bats flying overhead... Would you really want your fate decided based solely on what bats tell you?! Well same thing happens here too: even though humanity seems unaware about it today – despite science proving otherwise - still whether we realize it or not humans make decisions based solely on information provided by social media (e.g., news feeds), which tells us almost nothing about reality itself but merely generates ideas based off pre-existing beliefs ("fake news").In conclusion, Philosophy might seem obsolete today but contrary to popular belief true wisdom comes not from listening carefully enough nor knowing everything perfectly well beforehand… instead learning how learn takes effort ; courage ; curiosity ; tolerance ; acceptance ; humility etc.. And let me emphasize again: Philosophy doesn't mean doing whatever feels good regardless of consequences– i e accepting responsibility & accountability ! If people knew better why they should behave differently tomorrow then surely mankind could survive another day :)
